Some of the sites are not immediatly ready to start you making money right away. I have ranked my referells in order of launch. When I receive the ok to download the necessary software, install it, test it with my dual monitor setup I'll move them up the list.

Number 1 is GoToWorld.com, a veteran among this young team.  This program involves downloading an excellent browser with built-in TV Tuner, Radio, etc. plugins!! However, you can still use whatever browser you choose with their ad banner.  You can also use their banner while working on your desktop or playing solitaire! Their ad banner is operating now and members are making money! The first checks are scheduled to be sent to members in mid September.  I listed this plan first because they were the first to start paying me. They only pay for three levels of referrals.  The amount that you are paid increases as the referral level increases, which helps counterbalance the fewer referral levels.  GoToWorld has a payment structure that pays members based in part on the average rate they sell ads for.  This should help ensure a financially sound company, and could mean higher rates for members, too! Number 2, the veteran all others must emulate to keep up with: AllAdvantage.com.  They have over 2,000,000 members in less than four months and about 15,000 are joining each day! On June 25 they began to release their Viewbar to the first members and will continue to release it on a first to join basis.  As of August 12 they had released over 1,300,000 banners to members and sent the first members checks for their July surfing time, totaling more than $250,000. I list this plan first because there is a talented team with good track records running this company.  Written about in the Financial Times (UK), they are making waves in the industry.  I also like the fact that they pay for five levels of referrals.  The web site has a very complete FAQ section, as well as a demo of the ban ner and a calculator to compute your potential earnings.  Click the AllAdvantage banner below to go to their web site for complete info and to join.

Number 3 is taken by ePIPO.  They started on June 27 and have a very cool web site.  Their payment plan is one of the most lucrative at this point.  It pays more per hour for more hours, and more for your referrals, too! If ePIPO is successful, they will be the place to make the most money.  As they come out with more information they may move up to number one or at least number two on my list.  Estimate of mid September for their banner release.  Click their banner below for complete info.

Number 4 is ValuePay.  This company was just acquired on August 15 and has a very promising future with our team.  They have a smaller, more discrete banner which sits on your existing browser.  Their payment plan will pay you as much as $1.00 per hour and up to $50.00 per month for just your surfing time.  Their referral structure goes down five levels and uses a percentage payout system instead of a flat rate.  When you join you will get an e-mail from them which claims the banner will be available in a couple weeks.  If ValuePay does have their banner out in a couple weeks, they will move up to number one, or at least number two, on my list.  Click their banner below for complete info.

Number 5 is Desktop Horizons one of the younger contenders.  Another recent acquisition for our team, he has all the makings of a solid long term bet.   They have an excellent pay structure down five levels and a very nice web site.  Their ad banner isn't out and they haven't given any firm estimate yet.  Although brand new I list them fifth because you get paid more as the levels increase and they pay five levels.  Definitely worth strong consideration.  The program is FREE so go ahead and click their banner below to link to their web site.

Number 6 is DotAd.  They have an excellent pay structure down six levels and a nice web site.  They have a different type of ad banner and it is estimated to be out in early October.  Although brand new, I list them sixth because they go down six levels and they have no limit on the hours you can surf.  They pay you a percentage of their advertising income, so that protects them from making a flat rate promise they can´t keep.  Definitely worth signing up for.  Remember this is all FREE, so go ahead and click their banner below to link to their web site!

Number 7 is DesktopDollars. They have an excellent pay structure down six levels and a very nice web site.  Although their ad banner isn't out yet, they say it will be out when they reach the 500,000 member level.  The way this business has been going that will take two or three weeks.  Although brand new I list them seventh, because although they pay less, they go to six levels.  Definitely worth signing up for.  Remember this is all FREE so go ahead and click their banner below to link to their web site.

Number 8 is last but not least, UtiopAD.  They  estimate their banner will be out sometime in the autumn.  UtopiAD has a good referral structure and a very professional web page.  Click on UtopiAD to find out more.

NOTES and OTHER RESOURCES

There is an excellent information and discussion forum for "paid to surf" program members.  I highly recommend this discussion group as a great place to get help learning how to build a referral group.  There are people on this forum who have referred over 500 people; just think of what you could learn from them! (And think of how much money they're making!!) All eight programs are discussed, both pro and con, and company reps from some of the programs provide input too.  Click here and check it out!

**VERY IMPORTANT** One "fine print" rule to note.  Actually this isn't in the fine print, it is from the FAQs but I wanted to highlight it.  The rule states:

"We will pay you for people referred by you, only up to the amount of hours that you have accrued for the month. So if your friend, who was referred by you, surfs for 20 hours in a month, but you only surf for 15 hours, you will only be paid for 15 hours for your own surf time, and 15 hours for your friend's surf time (but, your friend will be paid for their entire 20 hours)." We hope that made sense.

That is a quote from the ePIPO site because I think they explain it best.  AllAdvantage and ePIPO have this rule and I expect that all the others have it as well.  This rule prevents a member from making money from their downline without using the banner themselves.  At first glance this may appear to limit your earnings, but it will only limit you if you do not surf the full time allowed.  On the bright side, this means that your referrals are more likely to maximize their time with the banners, which in turn will mean more earnings for you!

Will the next few months see this new concept ignite or will it fizzle?
